The educational program of the Infant & Toddler Center “O Mikros Maestros” is designed to support the comprehensive and holistic development of children in all areas crucial to this sensitive age. Adapted to the needs of young children, it is restructured annually with the assistance of qualified professionals in the field. Our program is the result of a combination of well-established, tested educational methods and emerging pedagogical trends. It incorporates the most modern teaching approaches based on the theories of major educators and equips children with essential skills they need to acquire early for their future development.
Some of the top methodologies on which our program is based include the models of Froebel, Montessori, Piaget, Decroly, Orff, Dalcroze, Vygotsky, psychologist Dewey, and Reggio Emilia, the Suzuki method, as well as the 6E model (a new pedagogical framework).
The child support program begins in infancy—the most crucial stage—where the foundation is laid for physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional abilities, ensuring the well-rounded development of each child’s personality.
