Course Description
It is important for children because they cultivate and develop their gross motor skills, improve and gain balance, and learn to control and coordinate their movements. The child learns to comply with and follow spatial and temporal concepts, to develop their orientation, and to trust their body.
However, dance is not only related to the body, as is logical. Dance is the means of expression and communication for humans through harmonious body movements, without needing to say anything. Dance is the language that expresses the most unspeakable cognitive and emotional experiences of a person. It is a language that knows no boundaries, that brings people together and helps them form strong interpersonal bonds. This strong connection is also transferred on a personal level as the child learns to love themselves and gains self-confidence and assurance.
Under these conditions, we believe that dance is an essential part of education.
By combining physical and mental activity, dance motivates and inspires children.
The dance class does not require young students to follow blindly the rules set by others. Dance may require discipline, but at the same time, it encourages improvisation and individual exploration. After all, we mainly aim at entertainment, fun, and inner health. We release any stress through modern dance, have fun, and unfold with our movements. Zumba eliminates the tension created by the routine of school and the pressure of daily life. While Aerobics teaches us dance figures, steps, and movements.
Finally, we implement traditional dance programs because it is very important to connect with and learn about tradition and culture.
