The educational program of the kindergarten “Mikros Maestros” is child-centered and experiential, renewed and enriched each year with new and fresh ideas, always seeking and studying the most modern and pioneering advancements in Primary Education.
Children learn and are educated through play, receiving both group and individual attention based on their abilities and characteristics. We focus on shaping character and personality, teaching right from wrong, good from bad, politeness, and ethics, aiming for children to feel strong, safe, and confident. Through this, we hope to contribute to preparing them to shape the future they deserve.
Additionally, our kindergarten incorporates Skill Development Workshops. These workshops are an innovative, dynamic, and educational initiative, introducing new thematic units focused on skill-building, utilizing modern and innovative learning methods.
A key principle of these Skill Development Workshops is to combine the academic curriculum with the development of essential student competencies, helping them grow into independent and responsible citizens.
These include fundamental literacy and numeracy skills, science education, and English language learning, along with cross-disciplinary skills and core competencies, such as digital skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and learning aptitude.
• Special attention is given to the individuality of each child and the overall cognitive and perceptual level of the class. For this reason, learning is based on both group and individualized approaches.
• We reinforce the values of teamwork and collaboration.
• There is continuous monitoring, recording, and updating of parents regarding their child’s learning progress.
• Parents play an active role in their child’s educational process, participating in various activities at home as well.
